We've discussed the use (or lack of) logic or reason in our society to some degree. Read the quote from above and describe what you believe it means. In addition, try to give an example in your answer.

i think that it means you should know your own beliefs and be sstrong in your own opinions and know whay you want.

After reading this, I beleive that it says that if you can not reason or think in life your life is meaningless

i belive that this statement from Carnegie in so many words describes how a person should be reasonable, but confident in that reason. I also think hes meaning to say that if you believe in something but do not say you are a slave to possibly society, and that you have to choose the right way for yourself.

Meaning that if you don't take a step to doing something to resolve or make the situation better. Then theres not point at all of having a voice.

I believe that Andrew Carnegie's quote means that people need to be able to reason or in other words compromise otherwise they are eather a fool a morone or an idiot. yes adam i know well put. i think i deserve an A.

in my mind i think it means that what you belive in is what you do and don't back off about it be strong because its how you live your life.
